Please be aware that if you arrive late or do not show up for your scheduled tour, we will not be able to issue a refund.

To ensure a smooth experience, we strongly advise you to plan ahead for potential delays, including traffic, cab/taxi schedules, or car issues.
Arrival Time
Please make it a priority to arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled tour time.
THE WEATHER
Kindly be advised that our scheduled tours will proceed irrespective of prevailing weather circumstances. Given the dynamic nature of weather patterns, it is advisable to maintaina state of readiness for a variety of conditions.
By purchasing your UTV ride, you accept the conditions of use and participate at your own risk. All claims for compensation are excluded.
DRIVER & PASSENGER REQUIREMENTS
But first, some ground rules:
- Drivers must be at least 18 and have a valid Driver’s License to drive a UTV.
- Drivers must be tall enough to be properly seated: back against the backrest with the seat belt fastened;
- Must be able to hold the steering wheel with both hands and still be able to reach the full stroke of brake and accelerator pedals with the right foot and to firmly plant left foot on the footrest.
- Passengers must be a minimum of 3ft tall.

DO I NEED TO SIGN A WIEVER BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN A UTV TOUR?
Yes, you will need to sign a waiver.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR AND BRING FOR A UTV TOUR?
Wear closed-toe footwear and dress appropriately for the weather. Eye protection is required and will be provided if you don’t bring your own.
CAN I BRING MY OWN UTV?
No. Shai Off-road Adventures provides all tour vehicles.
WHAT ARE THE DRIVING REQUIREMENTS?
You must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.

CAN WE SWITCH DRIVERS THROUGHOUT THE TOUR?
Yes, there’s a designated stop and opportunity to switch drivers once per tour. If a second person is planning on driving, they must also meet driver requirements, be 18 years old or older, and present a valid driver’s license before the tour begins.
WHAT SAFETY EQUIPMENT IS AVAILABLE/REQUIRED?
Helmets and eye protection are required and provided. Customers can wear their own eye protection if it adequately covers the eyes from debris.
HOW LONG DO THE TOURS LAST?
Approximately 60 minutes (1 Hour).
HOW LONG SHOULD I ARRIVE BEFORE MY SCHEDULED TOUR?
Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled tour.
WHAT KIND OF TERRAIN WILL WE BE EXPLORING ON THE UTV TOUR?
Expect mud trails, rocky trails, wooded dirt and swampy.
AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGE TO THE UTV?
Riders are responsible for any damage to the UTV. Any damage caused will be a $300 or cedi equivalent fee for the complete UTV
inspection to determine the extent of any damage. All repair costs above $300 or cedi equivalent will be charged to the rider.
ARE THERE RESTROOM FACILITIES AVAILABLE DURING THE TOUR?
No, there are no restrooms available at the moment.
